Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Members may cancel their recurring membership through the Ghost member portal or by contacting info@the-citation.us.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Monthly memberships

Monthly memberships are billed at the beginning of each billing period. If you cancel during a billing period, you generally retain access through the end of that period, but no partial-month refund is provided unless required by law or approved by The Citation.

Annual memberships

Annual memberships are billed in advance. Members may cancel future renewal at any time. Unless required by law or otherwise approved, cancellation does not automatically provide a prorated refund for the current annual term.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@the-citation.us within 14 days with the account email and transaction details. We will investigate and correct confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Ghost or the payment provider may retry the charge or restrict access until the account is brought current. Members should update payment information through the member portal.

Institutional memberships

Institutional memberships are governed by the applicable order form, invoice, or institutional agreement. Any institutional refund, cancellation, renewal, or termination terms should be stated in that agreement.

Changes to pricing

The Citation will provide any legally required notice of material pricing or subscription changes. Members may cancel before a changed price takes effect where applicable.
