3. Membership accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your login credentials. Membership access is intended for the individual or organization associated with the applicable plan and may not be shared except as expressly permitted by an institutional agreement.

4. Membership and billing

Membership prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase. Unless canceled, recurring memberships renew automatically according to the selected plan.

5. Cancellation

Members may cancel through the member portal or by contacting info@the-citation.us. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access generally continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Citation’s original editorial text, design, branding, graphics, and website materials belong to The Citation or its licensors. The underlying research remains subject to the rights of its authors, publishers, and other rights holders.
You may access materials for personal, educational, or organizational use permitted by your membership. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit The Citation’s original materials without written permission.

7. Research information

8. Scholar content

Featured Scholar participation, factual review, attribution, compensation, and permitted use of names or likenesses are governed by the applicable contributor agreement.
